The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was near the centre and close to the beach. It was also situated near the tram stop, which made getting around easy. The room was clean, well-laid out, and had everything we needed. The owners, Sammy and John, were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options available.
It would have been more convenient if there was parking available on the premises, but the owners were helpful in suggesting safe places to park nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - it's virtually on the sea front and within walking distance from the pleasure beach. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a TV and a large private balcony that offered stunning views. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with quality produce.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were absolutely fine.

Came here for 2 days, the hotel was homely, it had ideal location very close to cental and south piers as well as the promenade. Our room was immaculate and beautiful with balcony. The staff were outstanding and provided great service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and very near to a tram stop. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with fresh bedding and towels provided. The facilities at the hotel were great, including an onsite bar that offered excellent service. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was made to order and catered for all dietary needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering assistance with our luggage and providing helpful recommendations for local places to eat.
